Chemical Name: 3-[(4-amino-2-methylpyrimidin-5-yl)methyl]-5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4-methylthiazolium chloride hydrochloride.

Description: White crystalline powder, a bitter taste. Freely soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, practically insoluble in ether.
Usage: It is a vitamin for the maintenance of normal sugar metabolism and nerve conduction. It is indicated for Vitamin B1 deficiency, such as beriberi, oedema, polyneuritis, neuralgia, indigestion, anorexia, stunting and other symptoms.
